Bacchus has lifted floral aromatics, with notes of ripe green apple, elderflower and fresh asparagus. An approachable style with a mouthwatering finish. Hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve the delicate aromatics, then fermented cool in stainless steel to keep the primary fruit character fresh.
Pinot Noir Rosé has bright aromatics of ripe strawberry and red cherry, with hints of redcurrant and blossom. Refreshing and crunchy on the palate. Left on the skins for several hours before a gentle press, giving it a beautiful pale salmon colour, then fermented in stainless steel with occasional lees stirring for weight and structure.
Both grown on our chalk downland at West Ilsley. Each sip is a tribute to the land we call home.
