Bacchus has lifted floral aromatics, with notes of ripe green apple, elderflower and fresh asparagus — an approachable style with a mouthwatering finish.
Pinot Noir Rosé brings bright aromatics of ripe strawberry and red cherry, with hints of redcurrant and blossom. Refreshing and crunchy, with a beautiful pale salmon colour from a few hours on the skins.
Bury Lane, our sparkling Seyval Blanc, opens with crisp green apple, juicy white pear and zesty citrus, lifted by delicate blossom and a subtle hint of almond that adds gentle depth to the clean, lingering finish. Made from 100% Seyval Blanc, whole-bunch pressed and aged 15 months on the lees before disgorgement, which gives it its savoury complexity.
