Our Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé displays delicate floral aromas alongside ripe raspberry, wild strawberry and a whisper of cream, lifted by a fine line of pastry richness. 

Our vineyard is planted with German clones of Pinot Noir, which are loose-bunched and thick-skinned, making them more hardy and therefore more resistant to disease pressure. This allows us to leave the grapes on the vine for longer towards the end of the growing season, ensuring that we harvest fully-ripe fruit.

Made from 100% hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed Pinot Noir grapes, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and underwent malolactic conversion, with some lees stirring to add complexity. We left the wine for 15 months on the lees before disgorgement to add richness and depth. 

Each sip is a tribute to the land we call home.
