Case of 6 — Pinot Noir Rosé

Six bottles of our still rosé — the one that disappears fastest at the table.

Grown on the chalk slopes of the Berkshire Downs and made from the same hardy German clones of Pinot Noir that give our sparkling its character, our still Pinot Noir Rosé is everything a great English rosé should be. Bright aromatics of ripe strawberry and red cherry, with hints of redcurrant and blossom — refreshing, crunchy and completely moreish from the first glass to the last.

The German clones we chose for our vineyard are loose-bunched and thick-skinned, making them naturally more resistant to disease and better suited to the English growing season. That resilience allows us to leave the grapes on the vine longer, waiting for full ripeness before harvest — and the difference in the glass is everything.

Made from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir, the fruit was left on the skins for several hours before being gently pressed, drawing out that beautiful pale salmon colour without sacrificing freshness. Fermented in stainless steel with occasional lees stirring to add weight and structure, the result is a wine that's elegant without trying too hard. Each sip is a tribute to the land we call home.
