Norman's Ridge Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé is our tribute to our grandfather, whose vision for this land set everything in motion. It feels fitting that the wine that bears his name is our most elegant — delicate floral aromas alongside ripe raspberry, wild strawberry and a whisper of cream, lifted by a fine line of pastry richness that lingers long after the last sip.

The Pinot Noir vines on Norman's Ridge are planted with German clones — loose-bunched and thick-skinned, chosen specifically for their resilience against disease and their ability to handle the unpredictable English growing season. That hardiness allows us to leave the grapes on the vine a little longer, waiting for full ripeness before we pick. It's a patience that pays off in every glass.

Made from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir, whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Malolactic conversion and lees stirring bring texture and complexity, while 15 months on the lees before disgorgement add the richness and depth that make this wine what it is. Each sip is a tribute to the land we call home.
