Our Bacchus has lifted floral aromatics, with notes of ripe green apple, elderflower & fresh asparagus. An approachable style with a mouthwatering finish, each sip is a tribute to the land we call home.

We are really proud of our Bacchus, a variety which is fast becoming synonymous with English still wine production. Given that this is an early-ripening variety it is perfectly suited to our site, and the English climate. Not dissimilar to Sauvignon Blanc, we find we always get fruit which is full of pretty aromatics, complemented by crunchy and refreshing acidity. 

Our Bacchus is made from hand-harvested fruit that underwent gentle pressing to preserve the delicate aromatics. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain primary fruit character and freshness.
